       System and Standards

For each HSSP service to achieve, the HealthSOAF project will provide:

ü  a document of technical specifics, according to the formalism of the typical MDA approach (Model Driven Architecture) with relative PIM / PSM


ü  a design document;


ü  a software prototype consists of three components, independent from the point of view of providing to the players in the IT world social health:


Ø  consumer adapter (proxy), library that allows an application to easily integrate the use of the service;

Ø  provider adapter (skeleton), library that allows to a legacy system, namely a existing IT system and providing the service, to integrate quickly the formats and protocols defined by the HSSP service

Ø  provider system (server), a native delivery system of the HSSP service.


The technologies for the development of these components will be JEE (Java Platform, Enterprise Edition) as a language and runtime environment. Web services technologies (chosen by the HSSP project - XML Schema, WSDL, UDDI, WSBPEL, WS-Security ...) over the HTTP protocol, accessible through the Java  platform Axis 2 (Apache), HTML5 for the user interface of the server and the pilot, relational DBMSs and / or XML for persistence management server


The component testing activity will be performed on the platform TTworkbench using TTCN-3 (Testing and Test Control Notation - V.3) expression language test cases and standard test environment, complying with the UML Testing Profile of the OMG.
